Role & responsibilities

- Machine Operation &
- Monitoring:

Oversee daily shop floor mechanical processes, utilities, and production machinery to ensure optimal output and minimal downtime.

- Preventive &

- Breakdown Maintenance:

Assist in carrying out routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical equipment, pumps, conveyors, and related plant machinery.

- Spare Parts &

- Inventory Management:

Help monitor mechanical spares, tools, and consumable inventory to ensure seamless maintenance execution.

- Quality &

- Process Control:

Ensure all mechanical assemblies and outputs meet engineering drawings, tolerances, and strict company quality standards.

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Strictly adhere to plant safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)



at all times.

- Documentation: Maintain daily shift logs, maintenance history records, and breakdown reports accurately.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized technical board/institute.

- Experience: [0 to 2 years / e.g., Freshers or 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, process, or industrial plant environment].

- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Excel) for maintenance logging.
