Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Journalist to cover local, regional, national, and trending news stories. The ideal candidate will have strong Gujarati language skills, a keen nose for news, and the ability to report, write, and present content across digital and multimedia platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, investigate, write, and edit accurate news articles, reportages, features, and breaking news in Gujarati.
- Conduct interviews with sources, public figures, and domain experts to gather verified information.
- Create and present engaging digital news content, including news anchoring, video scripts, voiceovers, and quick short-form news updates.
- Monitor local news developments, press releases, social media trends, and ground events to pitch fresh editorial angles daily.
- Maintain high standards of fact-checking, accuracy, speed, and journalistic ethics.




- Collaborate with the editorial and video production teams to plan visual stories, special news packages, and coverage schedules.
- Attend press conferences, media events, and ground assignments as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Must be able to fluently understand, read, and write in the Gujarati language.
- Degree/Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Literature, or related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of media ethics, libel laws, and news gathering techniques.
- Confidence in front of the camera for digital video hosting and live reporting.
