Key Responsibilities

- Develop the PPF business and help us grow in new markets.
- Identify and appoint new distributors and dealers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Handle primary and secondary sales and ensure regular business from the channel.
- Visit markets regularly and understand customer and distributor requirements.
- Find new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.
- Support distributors in increasing sales and market coverage.
- Keep proper records of sales, distributors, market information, competitor activities, etc.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports.
- Understand competitor products, pricing and market activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for stock, pricing and other distributor requirements.
- Be willing to travel regularly as per business requirements.

What We Are Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in PPF, Paint Protection, Automotive Accessories or a related industry.




- Must have PPF / Paint Protection Division experience.
- Good experience in Channel Sales and Distributor Appointment.
- Should understand how to develop and manage a distributor network.
- Good at data preparation, reporting and market analysis.
- Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Should be confident, energetic and positive at building relationships.
- Should be open to travelling extensively.
- Candidates from Banglore or Hyderabad will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who already understands the PPF market, knows how channel sales work, and can help us appoint distributors and develop the PPF business in new markets.
