Reputed Electrical Equipment Supplier Company Requires Back office Executive

Responsibilities

- Prepare estimation and costing for electrical equipment/products.

- Handle advanced-level MS Excel for data management and calculations.

- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.

- Prepare quotations, costing sheets and other sales-related documents.

- Maintain product, price and customer data in Excel.

- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order-related information.

- Verify product quantities, rates and calculations before preparing quotations.

- Maintain proper documentation and reports.

- Support day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.

Requirements

- Graduate / relevant qualification.

- Experience in back-office, estimation, costing, or quotation preparation preferred.

- Advanced MS Excel skills are required.

- Good data-entry speed with high accuracy.

- Strong numerical and calculation skills.

- Good understanding of estimation & costing.





- Knowledge of electrical products/equipment will be an advantage.

- Valuable attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
