Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and market-oriented professional to lead the development of innovative diamond jewellery designs and commercially successful collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research Indian and international jewellery trends, styles and customer preferences.
- Identify current and commercially viable design concepts.
- Develop jewellery collections and product ranges.
- Coordinate with CAD designers for accurate execution.
- Review CAD designs for proportions, stone placement and manufacturability.
- Follow up on the complete development process from Concept → CAD → Prototype → Final Product.
- Develop design catalogues and collection presentations.
- Study major international markets and customer preferences.
- Track competitors,



trends and emerging design opportunities.
- Work closely with management to develop commercially successful collections.

Candidate Profile:

- 5–8 years of relevant jewellery industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery and fine jewellery.
- Excellent understanding of Indian and international markets such as the US, Europe and Middle East.
- Good knowledge of CAD development and jewellery manufacturing.
- Strong creative and commercial design sense.
- Ability to translate market trends into commercially viable collections.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of product development and jewellery design.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
