Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across both Frontend and Backend technologies, strong architectural design skills, and a proven track record of leading engineering teams while remaining actively involved in coding, problem-solving, and technical decision-making.

The candidate will drive technical excellence, establish best practices, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design

- Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
- Design end-to-end solutions across UI, API, middleware, and database layers.
- Drive architecture reviews, technology selection, and technical roadmap planning.
- Ensure applications adhere to enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor frontend and backend engineering teams.
- Provide technical guidance during design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks.

Hands-on Development
- Actively contribute to coding and development of critical components.
- Build and optimize frontend applications using modern frameworks.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Teams, and Engineering Leadership.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and delivery governance.

DevOps & Cloud
- Define CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Ensure system reliability,



observability, and performance optimization.
- Drive cloud-native architecture and modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years in Technical Architect, Lead Architect, or Engineering Leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in both Frontend and Backend development.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of Software Design Patterns and Architecture Principles.
