Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on Core Java and Advanced Java.
- Explain Java concepts in a simple, practical, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Conduct theory, coding, practical, and hands-on sessions.
- Provide coding examples, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Guide students in developing Java-based projects.
- Conduct coding assessments, mock interviews, and doubt-solving sessions.
- Monitor students' learning progress and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare students for technical interviews and placement opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the Training and Placement team for student career development.
