- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 4 years in a Technical Delivery Manager, Project Manager, role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects across global teams (minimum 20 engineers).
- Deep hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Secure, or Kanban frameworks.
- Strong understanding of full-stack technologies: .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, Microservices, Cloud (AWS,Azure), DevOps (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Swagger, SoapUI, Postman.
- Experience working with clients in US, Europe, or Middle East with cross-cultural collaboration.
