Job Role - Lead Full Stack Developer

Experience - 11 to 15 Years

- Build competency frameworks for:
- Cloud-native development
- Distributed systems & microservices
- Event-driven architecture
- Align development initiatives and design principles with business/product roadmap
- Deliver in an agile development process within a DevSecOps workplace
- Develop cloud native microservices per DDD & TDD architecture principles
- Develop responsive and adaptive, API integrated user interfaces as per UI / UX guidelines
- Design using sound principles of application, data and infrastructure services that are performant, resilient and highly available
- Translate user stories into technical solutions that are performing at large scale
- Design, develop, test,



implement the services to support business functions

Key Skills -
- Strong conceptual understanding of:

- Microservices architecture

- Distributed systems
- Cloud-native design
- Hands-on experience - Java ecosystem, Spring Boot
- APIs, event streaming, and orchestration

- Spring Boot microservices
- Containerization/Orchestration: Docker/Kubernetes
- Messaging: MQ, Kafka
- Database: PostgresSQL, YugabyteDB Universe, Neo4j Graph DB

- Workflow orchestration using Temporal

- Distributed runtime with DAPR
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Jira, Git Hub, SonarQube
- Exposure to agentic AI systems and LLM-based learning
