We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Java + DSA Trainer who can mentor students, deliver high-quality technical training, and prepare learners for software development and placement opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Training

- Deliver comprehensive training in Core Java, Advanced Java and Full Stack Java Development .
- Teach Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) from fundamentals to advanced problem-solving.
- Cover Java-based backend development using Spring, Spring Boot and REST APIs .
- Train students in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React.js .
- Teach database concepts including SQL, MySQL/PostgreSQL, database design and JDBC/JPA/Hibernate .
- Explain OOP, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, Java 8+ features and design principles.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, coding challenges and technical assessments.

DSA & Problem Solving
- Build solid problem-solving and algorithmic thinking among students.
- Teach Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Hashing, Recursion, Backtracking, Searching, Sorting, Dynamic Programming and Greedy Algorithms.
- Prepare students for coding assessments and technical interviews.
- Conduct regular DSA contests, coding challenges and mock interviews .
- Guide students in solving problems on platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeChef and GeeksforGeeks.

Project & Industry Training




- Guide students in developing real-world Full Stack Java projects .
- Design practical assignments based on industry use cases.
- Conduct project reviews, code reviews and technical evaluations.
- Help students understand Git, GitHub, debugging, API testing and basic software development workflows.
- Mentor students on project architecture, coding standards and best practices.

Student Mentoring & Placement Support
- Mentor students throughout their technical learning journey.
- Identify learning gaps and provide individual technical guidance.
- Conduct technical mock interviews and interview preparation sessions.
- Support placement-oriented activities and help students become industry-ready.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve student outcomes.

- Can conduct engaging classroom and practical coding sessions.
- Has experience working on real-world software projects.
- Can communicate effectively in English and Hindi .
- Is comfortable working in an onsite training environment.

Experience 4–8 years of relevant industry/training experience in Java development, Full Stack Java or technical training.

Candidates with strong software development experience and excellent DSA skills who are transitioning into training are also encouraged to apply.
