Job Summary-

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect to lead the design and evolution of scalable, highperformance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will define architectural standards, guide development teams, and ensure alignment with business and technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own end-to-end application architecture using Java/J2EE technologies
- Design scalable, secure, and high-availability systems using microservices architecture
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Review and approve technical designs, code, and deployment strategies
- Drive cloud-native architecture must using AWS
- Ensure system performance, reliability, security, and maintainability
- Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies
- Participate in troubleshooting complex production issues and root cause analysis.

Required Technical Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with Java (Java 8+)with AWS , Spring, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka.
- Deep understanding of microservices, REST APIs,



and event-driven architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Expertise in ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
- Knowledge of containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Familiarity with API gateways, Service Mesh, and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture
- Database experience with SQL and NoSQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
- Exposure to Reactive programming (WebFlux, Reactor)
- Knowledge of security standards (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect)
- Experience in domain-driven design (DDD)
- Prior experience in large-scale enterprise or global delivery environments

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years as an Architect or Technical Lead

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence teams without direct authority
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
