Key Responsibilities

Networking & Infrastructure

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot core network equipment, including routers, switches, VLANs, and wireless access points.
- Maintain network services such as DHCP, DNS, and VPN configurations for remote and local staff.
- Monitor network performance, optimize bandwidth, and resolve connectivity or latency issues.

Firewall & IT Security
- Administer and configure enterprise firewalls, enforcing security policies, rules, and network segmentation.
- Deploy, manage, and update antivirus, EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), and anti-malware solutions across all systems.
- Conduct routine vulnerability scans, patch management, and security audits to mitigate potential cyber threats.
- Enforce access controls, robust password protocols, and user permission policies.

Camera & Physical Security Systems
- Manage and maintain CCTV systems, NVRs/DVRs, and IP cameras, ensuring 24/7 reliability.
- Troubleshoot camera connectivity,



video feeds, PTZ functions, storage allocation, and playback quality.
- Coordinate physical security integration and review footage storage/retention policies.

General System Administration & Support
- Perform routine server maintenance, software updates, and reliable daily data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide tier-2/3 technical support to end-users for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs, software licenses, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network topologies, system configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and incident logs.

Pay: ₹9,928.06 - ₹25,000.00 per month
