About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Desktop Support Engineer / System Administrator to provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, Windows/Linux servers, network devices, printers, backups, and user accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for delivering excellent IT support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide desktop and laptop troubleshooting support.
- Manage Windows Server and basic Linux administration.
- Support Active Directory user management and password resets.
- Monitor backups and security alerts.
- Troubleshoot printers, network, and connectivity issues.
- Handle support tickets and maintain proper documentation.





Required Skills

- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Desktop & Laptop Support
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Basic Windows Server & Linux knowledge
- Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
