Job Overview

We are urgently hiring IT Support Engineers, System Administrators who want hands-on experience in servers, networking, cloud, and technical support. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in IT Infrastructure and System Administration.

Key Responsibilities

Provide IT Helpdesk and Technical Support (L1 and L2)

Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and operating system issues

Assist in managing Windows Servers and AWS Cloud Servers

Support networking tasks including LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, firewalls, and switches

Work with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies

Support Office 365, Outlook, and email configuration

Assist with server backups, patch updates, and monitoring

Provide remote IT support to users when required

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of IT Support, Technical Support, or Helpdesk

Understanding of hardware, software,



and operating systems

Basic networking knowledge (LAN, TCP/IP, VPN)

Interest in Windows Server, Active Directory, and System Administration

Willingness to learn and grow in IT Infrastructure

Eligibility

Candidates with 1-4 year experience in IT Support or System Administration can apply for full time role

Must be comfortable working night shifts.

English Proficiency is a must.
