IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Mergosoft is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our software solutions, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Freshers with good communication, confidence, and a willingness to learn can apply.
- Candidates with experience in IT Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Handling will be preferred.
- Training and product knowledge support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Contact schools, educational institutions, businesses, and potential clients.
- Explain Mergosoft software products, features, and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.




- Attend client meetings and make field visits when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and support.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of software, mobile applications, websites, or IT products.
- Sales, telecalling, or business development experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to interact with customers and travel for client visits when required.
