IT Recruitment Lead – Individual Contributor

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Lead who is a strong hands-on Individual Contributor with proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.

The role involves independently managing multiple technology hiring requirements, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding , while working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to joining.

· Independently source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels .

· Conduct initial screening covering technical skills, experience, communication, notice period, compensation, and candidate interest.

· Hire across technologies including Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Data, Analytics, Application Development, DevOps, ERP, NOC, Service Desk, and other niche IT skills .

· Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, priorities, budgets, and timelines.

· Coordinate interviews, obtain feedback, and maintain candidate engagement throughout the process.





· Manage offer discussions, negotiations, joining commitments, and closure .

· Proactively manage offer drops, counteroffers, and candidate withdrawals.

· Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and report pipeline, interviews, selections, offers, joiners, and time-to-fill metrics .

· Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, screening standards, documentation, and governance.

· Build strong candidate pipelines and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

· 8+ years of IT Recruitment experience with strong hands-on sourcing and closure capability.

· Experience handling multiple IT requirements and stakeholders simultaneously.

· Strong knowledge of technical hiring and IT skill sets .

· Excellent sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.

· Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn .

· Strong ownership, follow-up, communication, and closure skills.

· Ability to work independently in a target-driven recruitment workplace .

Ideal Candidate A hands-on recruiter who can independently own requirements end-to-end , engage with hiring managers, build quality pipelines, and drive positions through to successful joining. This is not a pure people-management role .
