- - Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate technical/client interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview feedback, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Handle offer rollout, documentation, background verification, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment status in ATS/MIS.




- Should have experience handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously.

- Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Positive knowledge of IT technologies and job portals.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong candidate communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with targets and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
