Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager – Hospitality & Corporate IT who can manage the complete IT environment of our hotels and serviced apartments, along with corporate IT requirements.

The role covers hotel technology setup, network and Wi-Fi, CCTV, electronic locks, key-card systems, hotel management software, billing and restaurant systems, laptops and user management, data security, access controls, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and overall IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on IT professional who can understand hospitality operations and independently coordinate the setup, configuration, maintenance, security, and improvement of technology systems across properties.

Key Responsibilities1. Hotel & Serviced Apartment IT Setup

- Plan, configure, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure for hotels and serviced apartments.
- Handle complete IT setup for new properties, including networks, computers, printers, Wi-Fi, CCTV, access systems, and other technology requirements.
- Coordinate with property and project teams during new hotel/serviced apartment pre-opening and setup.
- Ensure all IT systems are operational before property opening.
- Prepare IT checklists and ensure proper documentation of property IT infrastructure.

2. Network & Guest Wi-Fi

- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, routers, switches, access points, and other networking equipment.
- Set up and manage guest Wi-Fi and staff Wi-Fi networks with appropriate access controls.
- Ensure stable and secure internet connectivity across guest rooms, common areas, offices, restaurants, and other operational areas.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and network-related issues.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and networking vendors.

3. Hotel Technology Systems

- Implement and manage Hotel Management / Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Configure user accounts, roles, permissions, workflows, and system settings.
- Support hotel front desk and operations teams in the use of hotel software.
- Coordinate with software vendors for implementation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and support.
- Manage hotel billing and invoicing software.
- Implement and manage restaurant POS / order management systems.
- Configure menus, pricing, taxes, users, permissions, billing settings, and reports in F&B; systems.
- Coordinate integration between PMS, POS, billing, accounting, and other relevant systems wherever required.

4. CCTV, Access Control & Electronic Locks

- Configure and maintain CCTV systems, NVR/DVR systems, cameras, monitoring systems, and storage.
- Manage electronic door locks, key-card systems, access control systems, and related software.
- Manage hotel key-card creation and issuance systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for installation, troubleshooting, replacement, and upgrades.
- Ensure appropriate access permissions for staff and management.

5. Corporate IT Infrastructure

- Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment.




- Handle new employee IT setup including laptop configuration, software installation, email setup, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Install and manage required business applications and software licenses.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, printing, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset records and software/license records.
- Provide IT support to corporate and property teams.

6. User Management & Access Control

- Create, modify, and deactivate employee user accounts as required.
- Manage user access and authority levels across business applications.
- Ensure employees receive only the system access required for their role.
- Maintain proper records of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit-related IT access procedures.
- Regularly review user access and identify unnecessary or outdated permissions.

7. Data Security & IT Security

- Implement and maintain appropriate data security and access control measures.
- Ensure secure handling of company, client, employee, and guest information.
- Manage antivirus, endpoint security, password policies, access controls, and other security measures.
- Implement appropriate backup procedures and monitor backup status.
- Protect company systems against unauthorised access, data loss, malware, and other security risks.
- Establish and maintain IT security policies and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Report and respond to security incidents appropriately.

8. IT Support & Troubleshooting

- Provide timely technical support to corporate and property teams.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, connectivity, and application-related issues.
- Coordinate with external IT, software, hardware, networking, and security vendors where required.
- Maintain proper records of IT issues, resolutions, and recurring problems.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.

9. Vendor & Project Management

- Identify and coordinate with IT vendors, software providers, networking companies, CCTV vendors, access control vendors, and other technology service providers.
- Evaluate technical solutions and quotations.
- Coordinate installations, upgrades, maintenance, and service visits.
- Ensure vendors meet agreed timelines and technical requirements.
- Maintain vendor contacts, contracts, AMC details, and service records.
- Support IT budgeting and technology procurement.

10. IT Systems Improvement

- Regularly review existing IT systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend technology solutions that improve hotel operations, guest experience, employee productivity, and data security.
- Stay updated with hospitality technology, hotel software, automation, cybersecurity, cloud applications, and emerging IT solutions.
- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives across Relomi and RELOhomes.





Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, preferably including hotel, serviced apartment, hospitality, or property IT.
- Strong hands-on experience in hotel IT infrastructure and corporate IT systems.
- Experience in implementing or managing Hotel PMS and Restaurant POS / F&B; software.
- Positive knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control, electronic locks, and IT security.
- Strong experience in laptop, desktop, printer, software, user account, and corporate IT management.
- Good understanding of data security, backups, access controls, and cybersecurity practices.
- Experience in coordinating IT vendors and technology projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
