JD – IT & Cloud Support Executive

- Manage and provide technical support for Servers, Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers, and other IT equipment.

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems and required software.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and users.

- Maintain and monitor basic server-related activities and coordinate with the concerned technical team/vendor for complex issues.

- Maintain proper records of servers, system configurations, software, licenses, and related IT information.

- Maintain and regularly update the IT Asset Register.

- Maintain employee-wise records of PCs, laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice, chargers, printers, and other IT assets.

- Record asset allocation, transfer, repair, replacement, and return details.

- Verify physical IT assets periodically and ensure records are accurate.

- Track hardware repairs, warranty, AMC, service requirements, and replacement status.

- Ensure proper documentation of IT assets from purchase → allocation → maintenance → transfer → return.

- Maintain records of all IT accessories issued to employees.





- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair, replacement, networking, server, software, and cloud-related issues.

- Maintain proper documentation of vendor/service-related activities.

Tally on Cloud Support

- Provide technical support for Tally on Cloud users.

- Assist users with login, access, connectivity, session, and application-related issues.

- Provide basic support for Tally Prime-related technical issues.

- Assist with Tally on Cloud configuration and user access requirements.

- Troubleshoot remote/cloud access issues.

- Monitor and follow up on reported Tally on Cloud issues until resolution.

- Maintain proper records of Tally on Cloud support tickets and issues.

- Escalate complex issues to the Senior Technical Team or concerned vendor.

- Coordinate with users and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
