We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined IT Executive Intern to support our day-to-day IT operations across our academy locations.

Role & Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT hardware and technical support to employees and academy staff.
- Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and other IT peripherals.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Support classroom and office IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and connectivity issues.
- Maintain and update records of IT assets and equipment.
- Assist with hardware setup, replacement, and preventive maintenance.




- Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for IT hardware-related requirements when required.
- Respond promptly to IT support requests from different departments.
- Ensure IT systems and equipment are properly maintained and operational.

Requirements
- Prior internship experience in IT Hardware is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and common software applications.
- Basic understanding of networking and connectivity issues will be an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field will be preferred.
