IT Administrator

Krizora Creations is looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide user support, maintain business applications and systems, and ensure reliable network, security, backup, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications, production software, email, and other business systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, and other IT hardware.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, internet connectivity, and network infrastructure.
- Manage servers, NAS/storage, shared folders, user access, and scheduled data backups.
- Implement and monitor IT security controls, including user access, MFA, antivirus/endpoint protection, password security, and system patching.
- Coordinate with ERP, software, hardware, networking, CCTV, and other IT vendors for support, customization, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Support email, domain/DNS, CCTV, biometric attendance, and access-control systems.
- Maintain IT asset registers, licenses, configurations, network documentation, vendor details, and IT SOPs.
- Provide IT support and basic cyber-security awareness/training to employees.
- Identify recurring IT issues and suggest automation, system improvements,



and cost-effective IT solutions.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, System Administration, Application Support, or Network Administration.
- Experience in a manufacturing, multi-location, or SME environment will be an advantage.
- Exposure to ERP/CRM/HRMS systems, preferably Zoho, is desirable.

- Windows administration and troubleshooting
- LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewall and VPN
- Server/NAS, storage, permissions, backup and restore
- SQL/database and basic scripting knowledge
- Cloud/SaaS application administration
- Endpoint security, MFA and patch management
- APIs, DNS and application integrations
- Hardware and IT asset management

What We Look For Solid ownership, problem-solving ability, clear communication, systematic documentation, vendor coordination, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple IT requirements.

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Salary: Up to ₹4.20 Lakhs per annum
