Job Summary

We are looking for an Institutional Dealer to handle trade execution and client servicing for institutional clients while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute buy/sell orders for institutional clients across Equity and Derivatives.
- Handle high-volume trades with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor market movements, liquidity, prices, and client positions.
- Coordinate with Institutional Sales, RMS, Compliance, and Back Office teams.
- Maintain trade records and provide timely confirmations to clients.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, NSE/BSE, and company compliance requirements.
- Monitor client limits, exposure, and margin requirements.
- Provide effective client support and trade-related information.

Requirements




- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in institutional dealing/equity broking.
- NISM certification preferred.
- Good knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, trading platforms, and market regulations.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during market hours.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
