IT Manager – Key Responsibilities / KRA
- Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, internet, and hardware.
- Ensure smooth IT support for head office and construction project sites.
- Manage ERP, software applications, email, and user access.
- Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, antivirus, and disaster recovery.
- Manage IT assets, licenses, AMC, vendors, and IT procurement.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, and site IT systems.
- Control IT budget and optimize technology costs.
- Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and security standards.
- Lead the IT team and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
- Support digitalization and automation of business processes.
- Provide regular IT performance and risk reports to management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
