Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inpatient department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

- Coordinate with medical and nursing staff to facilitate smooth patient admission and discharge processes.

- Implement and monitor departmental policies and procedures to align with hospital standards and regulations.

- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and supplies to optimize operational efficiency.

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients, families, or staff promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care and improve service quality.

- Conduct regular audits and prepare reports to assess departmental performance and identify improvement areas.

- Lead and mentor the inpatient administrative team, fostering a supportive and productive work setting.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the inpatient department.

- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance patient experience and departmental growth.
