The ideal candidate for a Senior Manager in the Supply Chain team shall be,

- A subject matter expert in application of data science methodologies in one or more areas of supply chain analytics: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Network Design, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, After Market, or Control Tower.

- Create recent innovative offerings and lead workstreams in their area of expertise; demonstrate thought leadership which helps the growth of the Practice via new client work and more trained team members.

- Support business development and communicate with leaders in client teams to understand business challenges, be the solution architect, design and get buy-in for the analytics solution and serve as delivery lead of one or more Manager-led teams during project execution.

Job QualificationsExperience and Education:

- Ideal candidates should have a Ph.D.



or a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline like Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, etc.

- Work experience in data science applications should be 11+ years after Master's degree or 8+ years after Ph.D., with at least 7 years in advanced analytics solutions design and delivery experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or production. Global client experience is a plus.

- Certifications in any one or two of the areas will be an added advantage: Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Optimization, Simulation, data science application on any of the cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
