Role Description The Investor and Strategic Business Partner role is an on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. This role involves evaluating investment opportunities, supporting fundraising activities, and collaborating on strategic business planning.

The individual will work closely with founders and leadership to refine the business model, define growth strategies, and develop financial projections. Day-to-day responsibilities include market and competitor analysis, risk assessment, and identifying new revenue streams and partnerships.



The role also requires active participation in high-level decision-making, mentoring key team members, and helping to build structures and processes that support scalable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Experience in investment evaluation, financial modeling, and fundraising or investor relations.
- Background in market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessment in relevant industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships, negotiate agreements, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Solid understanding of P&L; management, budgeting, and performance metrics for growing organizations.
- Proven leadership skills, including mentoring, decision-making under uncertainty, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; entrepreneurial or startup experience is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work in office in Bangalore Urban and engage hands-on with operations and teams.
