Role Description The Inventory Controller role is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. The individual in this role will oversee stock levels for raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts, ensuring accurate records and timely reconciliations with physical inventory. Daily responsibilities include monitoring stock movements, updating inventory systems, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and identifying discrepancies or variances.

The Inventory

Controller will analyze usage patterns to support demand planning, optimize stock levels to reduce shortages and excesses,



and prepare regular inventory reports for management. The role also involves enforcing inventory policies, supporting periodic audits, and collaborating with operations to ensure smooth material flow for manufacturing and distribution activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Stock Control and Stock Management to maintain accurate and efficient inventory processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Inventory Control capabilities to manage stock levels, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, forecast needs, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with procurement, warehouse, production, and management teams.
- Relevant experience in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain within manufacturing or industrial sectors is beneficial.
- Proficiency with inventory management software or ERP systems and strong Excel skills is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site industrial environment are important for success in this role.
