About the Opportunity

Join the expanding India Operations team of a 20+ year established, highly accredited US-based travel agency. We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented Travel Sales Consultants to manage our US market division. In this highly rewarding night-shift role, you will be the primary point of contact for our US-based clients, crafting exceptional global tour packages and air itineraries while maximizing your earning potential through our lucrative commission structure.

What You Will Do

- Drive Global Travel Sales: Sell and manage international air itineraries, customized tours, and luxury travel packages for global destinations (US, Europe, Africa, Middle East, East Asia, etc.).
- Manage US Client Portfolios: Support US daytime operations (working the Indian night shift) by managing high volumes of inbound phone and email inquiries with exceptional customer service.
- End-to-End Itinerary Management: Anticipate client travel needs, preferences, and budgets to curate unforgettable travel experiences.
- Business Development: Make outbound calls, send competitive quotes, create new customer accounts, and build lasting relationships with prospects, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Market Strategy: Negotiate competitive rates with global suppliers, monitor market competition, and assist in developing targeted marketing campaigns to boost sales.
- Operational Support: Handle regular reporting tasks, manage ticketing workflows,



and assist with basic accounting-related travel tasks (a strong plus).

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Sales Consultant focusing on international markets.
- GDS Mastery (Mandatory): Hands-on proficiency in Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo Global Distribution Systems.
- Night Shift Readiness (Mandatory): Willingness and ability to consistently work the night shift to align with US business hours.
- Exceptional Communication: Fluent and flawless English communication skills (both verbal and written) tailored to a US clientele.
- Sales Acumen: A strong sales background with a proven track record of increasing business volume, upselling, and exceeding revenue targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and standard travel organizational processes.
- Professional Traits: The ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a high-energy team environment.
