Qualification: BE / BTech (Chemical) MBA with Marketing specialization
Years of Exp - 5- 10+ years of experience in chemical industry with domestic & international markets
Technical -
Knowledge of
- Chemical industry segments like pharma , agrochemicals , polymers
- Sales & Marketing of multiple products used in these segments
- All commercial laws in Domestic & Exports, including Export procedures,, pricing , & regulations governing
- International trade
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (Key Activities) – Sales & Marketing:
· Deliver domestic and export sales targets and forecasts
· Lead pricing, proposals, negotiations, and order conversion
· Align production and logistics to ensure on-time dispatch
· Drive S&OP;, MIS reporting, market reviews, and budgeting
· Close audits, complaints, and investigations effectively
· Set price lists and expand regional partner networks
Key Customer Accounts:
· Own strategic domestic and export accounts
· Manage forecasts, pricing, sales, and delivery performance
· Resolve complaints, rejections, and special requirements promptly
Customer Qualification & Statutory Requirements
· Complete vendor registration and statutory submissions
