Qualifications

- Strong ticket sales and reservations skills using Amadeus system.




- Excellent communication and customer service abilities to interact professionally with domestic and international clients.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote tours, holidays, and related travel services effectively.
- Attention to detail and basic accounts skills for handling invoices, payments, and record-keeping accurately.
- Knowledge of international travel procedures, visa documentation requirements, and itinerary planning.
- Positive organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings and priorities.
- Proficiency in common office software; familiarity with travel industry tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a travel agency or related travel and tourism environment preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
