Executive – UK Telecom Process Job Location Globsyn Crystal's, Tower 1, 5th Floor, Unit No. 508 A, Webel More, Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata – 700091 Job Type Full-Time | Work From Office Process International Outbound Voice Process – UK Telecom Job Responsibilities Handle 100% outbound voice calls to international customers.

Promote and sell telecom products/services to customers in the UK market.

Identify customer requirements and convert prospects into sales.

Achieve assigned sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.

Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate to close sales.

Deliver a skilled customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate

Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in UK / Australia / US Telecom outbound sales process.

Candidates with relevant international outbound voice sales experience will be preferred.





Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.

Strong sales, convincing and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

Candidates should be comfortable working in an outbound voice sales process.

Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Shift

Timing 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Monday to Friday Saturday &

- Sunday – Weekly Off Salary ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
