TrueCare is hiring International Patient Coordinators & Medical Interpreters to support international patients travelling to India for medical treatment.

We are looking for candidates fluent in Arabic, French, Bangla or Russian, with strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with international patients and their families through WhatsApp, phone and video calls.
- Provide language interpretation between patients and hospital/medical teams.
- Coordinate medical reports, appointments, consultations and patient information.
- Follow up with patients and family members throughout their treatment journey.
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors and the TrueCare team.
- Assist patients with non-clinical coordination related to hospital visits, travel and accommodation.
- Help patients understand information shared by hospitals without independently providing medical advice.
- Maintain accurate patient communication and case records.
- Provide culturally sensitive, empathetic and qualified support.

Requirements:





- Fluency in Arabic / French / Bangla / Russian + good English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Empathy, patience and cultural sensitivity.
- Healthcare/medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in medical interpretation, healthcare, international patient coordination or medical tourism is an advantage.
- Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with excellent language and communication skills.

Work Mode: Onsite + Remote

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000/month, depending on experience and language proficiency.
