International Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organized International Marketing Executive to support our international business operations. The role involves customer communication, international calling, quotation follow-ups, sample coordination, export documentation, and sales & marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and send professional business emails to international customers and suppliers.
- Handle international calling and communicate effectively with overseas customers.
- Follow up with customers and factories regarding quotations, orders, and product inquiries.
- Prepare and share offers, quotations, invoices, and payment-related documents.
- Coordinate with factories for product pricing and quotations.
- Manage international samples, including sample arrangements, packing, booking, dispatch, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate shipments, export documentation, and related logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of samples, customers, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and other marketing-related reports.
- Assist in planning and coordinating international exhibitions and trade fairs.




- Develop and maintain an updated international customer database.
- Coordinate with internal teams, factories, logistics partners, and customers to ensure smooth execution of orders and inquiries.

Skills & Requirements
- Qualification: Graduation – BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
- Good English communication and email-writing skills.
- Comfortable with international calling and customer follow-ups.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with good attention to detail.
- Candidates interested in International Marketing / Export Business / B2B Sales will be preferred.
