Role: International Customer Service Executive - Soft Collection

Gender: Male / Female

Qualification: HSC / Graduation

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International Customer Service

Language: Excellent English Communication

Age: Up to 35 Years

Shift: 24×7 Rotational | Any 9-hour shift

17 Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs

Joining: Immediate

$ Salary

28,000 In-Hand + ₹2,000 Variable + ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus

- Up to 31,000/- In-Hand

Cab facility available during odd hours

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers regarding pending and overdue payments

Explain payment details and negotiate suitable payment plans

Handle customer objections professionally

Follow up on promised payments





Maintain and update customer/payment records

Achieve assigned collection targets

Follow company policies and legal guidelines

Preferred Candidate

Minimum 1 year of International Customer Service experience

Candidates with International Sales / Collection experience will be preferred

Positive English communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable working in rotational shifts
