Handle inbound & outbound calls from international customers. Healthcare: assist with queries, appointments, claims & account support. Aviation: assist with bookings, changes, cancellations, refunds & flight queries. Night shifts.

Required Candidate profile

Healthcare: Freshers welcome. Aviation: Min 1yr intl voice BPO exp. 12th pass+, no tech degree needed. Excellent spoken English, basic computer skills, night shift ready. Immediate joiners preferred.
