nJob Purpose

nThe Associate will be responsible for strengthening the company's internal control systems. This role focuses on conducting specialized process audits, testing of Golden Rules, and investigations to ensure compliance, identify risks, and improve efficiency.

nQualifications & Requirements

nEducational Qualifications: Required MBA (Finance) or other relevant experience.

nExperience: 2-3 years of experience in Internal Control,



Internal Audit and/or Forensic Audit, Accounts or Statutory Audit; Experience in SAP Environment.

nSkills & Competencies: Solid understanding of internal controls, financial reporting, and auditing processes; analytical mindset; ability to design and implement robust control frameworks; proficiency in monitoring audit recommendations; strong communication and reporting skills.

nPersonal Attributes

nDetail-oriented and organized.

nProactive, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

nStrong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.

nEnglish proficiency is required; preference will also be given to Tamil and Telugu speaking candidates.
