About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Audit professional with experience in the Non-Financial Services (Non-FS) domain. The candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, evaluating risk management frameworks, assessing internal controls, and providing actionable recommendations to improve business processes and governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute risk-based internal audit assignments across various business functions.
- Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and governance processes.
- Identify business, operational, financial, and compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Perform process reviews, control testing, and risk assessments.
- Prepare audit reports, document findings, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Track audit observations and follow up on remediation plans.
- Support the development and enhancement of risk management frameworks.




- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business teams and client stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Qualified CA / CPA / CIA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Experience in Internal Audit within Non-FS sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Construction, Retail, Consumer Goods, Technology, etc.
- Solid understanding of:
- Internal Audit Methodologies
- Risk Management
- Internal Financial Controls (IFC)
- Process Reviews
- Audit Execution
- Compliance and Governance Frameworks

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

- 2 to 8 years of relevant Internal Audit experience.
- Mandatory experience in:
- Non-FS Industry
- Risk Assessment & Risk Management
- End-to-End Audit Execution
