Join a rigorous, training-first internship to hire program designed to identify and develop top software talent. The program runs in three progressive phases; only selected candidates advance to the next phase. A small cohort of top performers who complete all phases will receive full-time offers.

Program Structure & Timeline

- Three phases, each approx 2 months (total ~6 months).
- Training-only during the internship (coursework, labs, exam).
- Gate at the end of every phase: proctored exam + performance review; only selected candidates move forward.
- Final selection: Full-time offers extended to top performers from the Phase 3 pool.

Stipend & Compensation (INR)

- Phase 1: 10,000
- Phase 2: 15,000
- Phase 3: 20,000
- Post-selection full-time offer: 4,50,000 CTC (includes a one-time joining bonus)

Payout structure:





- 50% of each phase stipend is paid monthly during the phase
- 50% of each phase stipend is deferred and paid as a lump sum only upon hiring, and only to selected candidates who receive and accept a full-time offer

Example: For Phase 1, 5,000 paid during the phase; 5,000 paid as a lump sum only if you are selected and join full time.
