Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Stipend: ₹10,000/month

About BrightCHAMPS:

BrightCHAMPS is a global EdTech company focused on helping children build real-world skills through live, interactive learning. We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on exposure to the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen profiles based on role requirements and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring panels.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support the team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Assist with offer coordination and candidate onboarding activities.




- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements:

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources.
