Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Intern role based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will support investment research by gathering market data, analyzing emerging companies, and preparing concise research summaries and presentations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in financial modeling,



helping evaluate IPO and pre-IPO opportunities, and contributing to the preparation of internal memos and investor-facing materials. The intern will also coordinate with team members on due diligence activities, support documentation and process tracking, and help maintain organized records related to deals and investment platforms. The role offers exposure to alternative investments, capital markets, and institutional structuring in a collaborative, learning-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret financial and market data.
- Basic understanding of capital markets, IPO processes, and alternative investments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling fundamentals.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presentations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, high level of professionalism, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or project exposure in investment banking, consulting, or equity research is a plus.
