About the Role

Outlook Educational Services is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Student Visa Interns to join our team. This internship opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to build their career in the overseas education and student visa consultancy industry.

The intern will work closely with our senior visa counsellors and support team members in handling student visa applications, documentation, and client coordination. Freshers are welcome to apply as training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior team members in preparing and organising student visa application files.
- Support documentation collection, checking, and maintaining student records.
- Help review application forms and ensure required documents are properly arranged.
- Coordinate with students regarding document requirements and updates.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist in daily administrative and visa processing activities.
- Learn about student visa processes for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other destinations.
- Provide basic support to counsellors and senior team members during student application procedures.

Skills & Requirements





- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and ability to organise documents properly.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Freshers and candidates with no prior experience are welcome.
- Interest in overseas education and visa services is an advantage.
