About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Intern Architect to support our Architecture and Design team in residential construction projects. The candidate will gain practical exposure to architectural design, drawings, site coordination, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist architects in preparing 2D architectural drawings and layouts.

- Support the preparation of working drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.

- Assist in developing design concepts and presentations.

- Prepare and update drawings based on project requirements and feedback.

- Coordinate with the Architecture, Interior Design, and Site teams.

- Assist with site visits, measurements, and documentation.

- Support preparation of material selections, schedules, and project documentation.

- Ensure drawings and documents are properly organized and updated.

- Learn and follow company standards, design processes, and project timelines.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Arch pursuing student / B.Arch graduate.

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.

- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion,



or other design software will be an added advantage.

- Good understanding of basic architectural drawings and construction concepts.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to learn and work on live residential construction projects.

- Ability to work from the Bangalore office and visit project sites when required.

- Creative and detail-oriented approach.

- Good presentation and visualization skills.

- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods.

- Ability to work effectively with architects, interior designers, and site engineers.

- Strong willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,129.72 per month
