Interior Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor – Interiors to manage and coordinate day-to-day interior projects, ensuring work is executed as per approved designs, drawings, BOQs, quality standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise interior fit-out and execution works at project sites.
- Manage day-to-day activities of carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators and other vendors.
- Coordinate between the design team, site team, contractors, vendors and clients.
- Study and understand drawings, BOQs, specifications and material requirements.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the agreed timeline.
- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports and project updates.
- Coordinate material requirements, deliveries and movement of materials to site.
- Check workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify site issues, delays, design conflicts or material shortages and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Take site measurements and verify work completed against drawings/BOQ where required.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors regarding schedules and work requirements.
- Monitor labour attendance, productivity and allocation of manpower.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and discipline at the project site.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification and final handover of projects.




- Maintain proper documentation of site instructions, measurements, material approvals and variations.
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager/Management regarding progress, delays, additional requirements and site issues.
- Assist in preparing project schedules and tracking project milestones.
- Ensure any client-requested changes or variations are properly documented and communicated before execution.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior execution/site supervision preferred.
- Good knowledge of interior construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand working drawings, BOQs and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and site activities simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office/Excel preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
