Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Jaipur in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the principal designer and project teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and creating detailed layouts that optimize space, functionality, and aesthetics.

The role involves producing construction drawings, coordinating FF&E; selections, and supporting site visits to oversee implementation and ensure design intent is maintained.

The Interior

Designer will communicate with vendors and contractors, assist with project timelines and budgets, and contribute to presentations for clients.



This position requires a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio workplace.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Strong Space Planning skills with the ability to create functional, aesthetic layouts tailored to client needs.
- Understanding of Architecture principles and the ability to integrate interior concepts within architectural constraints.
- Experience preparing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for contractors and vendors.
- Ability to use design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or presentation tools.
- Excellent visual communication, with skills in mood boards, material boards, and client presentations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred; relevant professional experience in residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
