About the RolenWe are looking for an Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer with strong experience in commercial interiors to create functional, aesthetic, and execution-ready design solutions.

nYou will work closely with clients, design teams, 3D artists, and project execution teams to take projects from concept to site execution.

n

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Develop layouts, plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings for commercial interior projects.
n
- Understand client briefs and translate them into functional, aesthetically robust design concepts.
n
- Develop design solutions aligned with project scope, timelines, budgets, and execution requirements.
n
- Conduct site surveys and understand existing site conditions.
n
- Prepare and review BOQs, material selections, and design specifications.
n
- Coordinate with 3D artists and visualization teams to bring design concepts to life.
n
- Collaborate with Project Management and Operations teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately on site.
n
- Review drawings and design deliverables for accuracy, quality,



and completeness.
n
- Manage design revisions and ensure timely closure of client and internal feedback.
n
- Coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders wherever required for design execution.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial interior design.

- Strong understanding of commercial interior spaces and spatial planning.

- Excellent aesthetic sensibility with a practical understanding of execution.

- Ability to develop detailed and execution-ready drawings.
n
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior detailing.
n
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and design revisions.
n
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
