Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time in office in the Greater Patna Area, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver functional, attractive, and sustainable interior spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing layout plans, and creating detailed drawings and presentations for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. The role involves selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), coordinating with vendors, and ensuring design intent is maintained through construction and installation.





The Interior

Designer will participate in client meetings, interpret project requirements, prepare design documentation, and support project coordination to meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Space Planning and Interior Design, creating efficient, user-centered layouts and cohesive design schemes.
- Foundational understanding of Architecture principles to integrate interior solutions with overall building design.
- Proficiency in Construction Drawings, including detailed interior layouts, sections, and elevations for execution on site.
- Experience with FF&E; selection and specification, including materials, finishes, lighting, and accessories aligned with project standards.
- Strong skills in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar, and basic proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, MS Office).
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to coordinate with on-site teams and vendors.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and local building codes is an advantage.
