WE ARE HIRING | ARCHITECT / INTERIOR DESIGNER Location: Current Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time | In office Architect / Interior Designer We are looking for a creative and experienced Architect / Interior Designer to join our Delhi office. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing and executing Hospitals, Hotels, Corporate Offices, Commercial Spaces and other large-scale projects . The candidate will be responsible for design development, architectural/interior planning, coordination with consultants and project teams, client interactions, material selection, and ensuring timely project execution within the approved budget and scope.

Lead and coordinate architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution. Develop design concepts, layouts, working drawings, presentations and project documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams.

Prepare and review drawings, specifications, material selections and design details. Set project timelines and monitor project deliverables. Track project progress and ensure timely completion as per agreed scope, quality, budget and schedule .

Conduct site visits and coordinate with site teams to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.



Review project requirements and resolve design/coordination issues effectively. Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.

Guide, mentor and support junior architects/designers and project team members. Ensure attention to detail, functionality, aesthetics and overall project quality.

Preferred Project Experience

Experience in one or more of the following sectors will be preferred: Hospitals / Healthcare Projects Hotels / Hospitality Projects Commercial Projects ️ Large-Scale Interior Projects Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent experience. Strong command of architectural and interior design, planning and project coordination . Proven experience in handling projects independently and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Strong aesthetic sense, creativity and design development skills. Strong work ethic, ownership and passion for design. A professional who can take ownership of projects, understand client requirements, translate ideas into practical design solutions, and effectively coordinate with the execution team to deliver high-quality projects.
