Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning, designing, and enhancing the overall salon environment to support a premium and comfortable client experience. Day-to-day tasks include developing interior concepts, preparing design layouts, coordinating materials and finishes, and collaborating with salon leadership to ensure the space reflects the brand’s identity. The role involves overseeing design details from concept through implementation, including working with vendors and contractors as needed, and maintaining functional, safe, and aesthetically appealing spaces.

This is a full time,



on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular presence in the salon to oversee ongoing improvements and support operational needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to optimize client flow, staff workflow, and overall salon functionality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture fundamentals to understand structural constraints and integrate design with building requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reading Construction Drawings to communicate effectively with contractors and vendors.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience designing retail, hospitality, or salon environments is an advantage.
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to translate brand identity into spatial design.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) and basic project coordination skills.
