KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Assist clients with laminate, fabric, and product size selections post-sale. ● Work with design and production teams to finalize technical drawings, BOQs, and product specifications. ● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order execution. ● Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients about project updates and timelines. ● Handle installation-related queries, documentation, and post-installation customer support. ● Use CRM tools to update and track client interactions and project progress.

QUALIFICATIONS &

SKILLS REQUIRED: ● Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.



● 0.5 to 2 years of experience in a design or coordination role (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply). ● Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools. ● Understanding of technical drawings and material specifications ● Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho Bigin or Interakt is a plus. ● Solid communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination and follow-ups. ● Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
