Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Architect to handle interior design concepts, space planning, working drawings, material selection, and site coordination. The candidate should have strong knowledge of interior execution and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

- Develop space planning and furniture layouts for residential and commercial projects.

- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and material specifications.

- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide suitable design solutions.

- Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other project teams.

- Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution is as per approved designs and drawings.

- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, vendors, and suppliers.

- Select and specify suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.

- Review shop drawings and ensure design accuracy before execution.

- Make necessary design modifications based on site conditions and client requirements.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned design activities.





- Resolve design and execution-related issues at the site.

- Ensure quality standards and design specifications are maintained throughout the project.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion or other visualization software is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction methods.

- Good understanding of architectural and MEP drawings.

- Strong design, visualization, and space-planning skills.

- Good communication and client-handling skills.

- Solid site coordination and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- B.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture or equivalent qualification.

Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior architecture/design.

- Experience in residential apartments, villas, commercial spaces, offices, or hospitality projects will be preferred.

- Candidates with strong design + site execution experience will be highly preferred.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
